5 Best Coffee Shops in New Orleans

Stumptown Coffee

Located right onside of the Ace Hotel, this is the strongest & most delicious coffee.  I am partial to their ice coffee with almond milk, but their lattes are delicious as well.  I have also bought their cold brew in a bottle before and it is a good go-to if you are in a rush.  Perfect place to sit outside with a friend and watch the street car roll by.

610 Carondelet St.

Pulp & Grind

This is another one of my favorite CBD spots.  They have delicious foods and their coffee is great.  I typically get their iced latte, but when I’m in the mood for something hot then I’m all about their cappuccino.  If you are into juices, they have a great selection for that as well.  The cleanse juice is good!

644 Camp St

The Revelator

One of my favorite spots in the CBD.  I love their ice coffee.  They have a limited menu, but I like it that way because I know everything is done well!  The ambience is perfect for a good book or studying!

637 Tchoupitoulas St

Rue de la Course

I live in Uptown New Orleans, so this is my go-to when I want something on a Saturday.  Not only is it absolutely beautiful, but it’s also pretty big so you never worry about getting a table or chair.  They have both couch areas and tables for working/studying.  My personal choice is the Cold Drip Iced Coffee, but if you are in the mood for a hot coffee then I would do the Cafe au Lait.

1140 S. Carrollton St.

The Bean Gallery

Let me start this by saying, they have the best chocolate chip cookies.  I also love their cappuccino and Cafe Vienese.  They have a menu with sandwiches and panini that look delish!  It is a great spot if you are looking to sit outside as they have a nice porch that sits on S. Carrollton.
