Your New Favorite Grilled Cheese

Instructions:

Butter insides of both slices of bread and place cheese on one side.  Close sandwich and butter the top of the bread then add minced garlic.

Melt butter in a pan on medium heat, add a little minced garlic and sauté.  Do not burn the butter. Place sandwich butter side up and reduce heat to medium/low. Cook on each side for 2 to 3 minutes or until browned to your liking.

 

I am a HUGE fan of grilled cheese…really anything involving cheese.  This grilled cheese is meant for the lovers of cheddar and garlic.  I use Cracker Barrel extra sharp cheddar cheese.  This cheese has strong flavor and pairs really well with the garlic.  I also use Nature’s Own Honey Wheat, it has just the right touch of sweetness to it.  I have made it with white cheddar and extra sharp cheddar together and it was delicious!  You can do so many things with this grilled cheese method.
